§ 01Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the eelj Casino platform in any capacity — whether as a registered account holder or a visitor — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with eelj's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the platform.

Your acceptance of these Terms creates a legally binding agreement. If you are accessing eelj on behalf of any other person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

These Terms supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements between you and eelj Casino with respect to the subject matter herein. Any waiver by eelj of a breach of these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach.

§ 02Eligibility & Age Requirement

To register and maintain an account at eelj Casino, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are physically located within the Philippines at the time of placing bets or participating in games.

• You are not an employee, contractor, officer, or director of eelj Casino, nor an immediate family member of such a person, unless prior written consent has been obtained from eelj's compliance team.

eelj Casino reserves the right to require proof of age at any point. Accounts suspected of being held by underage users will be suspended immediately pending investigation. Any winnings generated by an underage account shall be forfeit, and deposits may be returned at eelj's discretion subject to applicable legal requirements.

§ 03Account Registration & KYC

3.1 Registration

To access real-money gaming at eelj Casino, you must create an individual account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process. You are permitted to hold only one account per person. The creation of duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination and forfeiture of any associated balances.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

eelj Casino is required to conduct KYC verification on all accounts in compliance with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering regulations and PAGCOR compliance requirements. You must provide, upon request and without undue delay, the following documentation:

eelj Casino reserves the right to suspend accounts and withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent documentation is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to appropriate Philippine law enforcement authorities.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. eelj Casino will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access arising from your failure to secure your login details. You must notify eelj immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

§ 04Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

All deposits to your eelj Casino account must be made through payment methods approved and listed on the platform, which currently include GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular promotion or payment method. eelj reserves the right to modify minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time.

You warrant that all funds deposited into your eelj account are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any unlawful activity. eelj is required to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines where legally mandated.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods verified as belonging to the account holder. eelj does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 or such other amount as eelj may specify. Withdrawal requests are subject to eelj's standard processing times, which are approximately 5–30 minutes for GCash and Maya and 1–4 hours for bank transfers, subject to network availability and banking hours.

eelj reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of potential Terms violations, or where required by applicable law or regulatory obligation.

4.3 Fees

eelj Casino does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers (GCash, Maya, banks) may impose their own transaction fees, which are outside eelj's control and for which eelj bears no liability.

§ 05Bonuses & Promotions

eelj Casino may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, or other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time the offer is made, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds requirements for sports betting bonuses, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts.

eelj reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or other means — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings, and permanent account closure.

§ 06Game Rules & Fairness

All casino games offered on the eelj Casino platform operate using certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and certified by recognized third-party testing laboratories. Live dealer games operate according to the rules established by the relevant game provider and are conducted by professional dealers in certified studio environments.

eelj Casino publishes the theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for all slot titles available on the platform. Players acknowledge that the RTP represents a long-term statistical average and does not guarantee any individual session outcome. All game outcomes are the result of random processes that cannot be predicted or influenced by any player action other than standard gameplay decisions.

In the event of a technical malfunction, connectivity failure, or game error that affects the outcome of a round, eelj Casino reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. eelj's decision on disputed game outcomes is final subject to the dispute resolution procedure described in Section 15.

§ 07Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed through the eelj Casino sportsbook are subject to the general terms herein and the specific sports betting rules available within the sportsbook section of the platform. In particular:

• eelj reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market, event, or individual player account at its sole discretion.
• Bets placed after an event has commenced may be voided if in-play betting on that market was not explicitly offered and accepted by eelj's system.
• In the event of a manifest error in odds (e.g., grossly incorrect pricing due to a data feed error), eelj reserves the right to void bets placed at erroneous odds, regardless of whether those bets have already been confirmed.
• Where a sporting event is postponed or abandoned, eelj's specific sport and market rules will determine settlement. Generally, events not completed within 48 hours of the scheduled start time will be settled as void.
• eelj Casino does not guarantee the availability of any particular sports market or event.

§ 08Responsible Gaming

eelj Casino is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its obligations to player welfare seriously. The platform provides a range of responsible gaming tools that are available to all registered account holders, including deposit limits, session time reminders, loss limits, cooling-off periods, and voluntary self-exclusion.

§ 09Account Suspension & Closure

eelj Casino reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, and to withhold or forfeit associated funds, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete satisfactory KYC verification within a reasonable period
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration or verification information
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity
• Account access by or on behalf of an underage person
• Use of the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited
• Any conduct that eelj reasonably determines to be harmful to other players or to the integrity of the platform

Where an account is closed for reasons not attributable to player misconduct, eelj will return any verified account balance to the player through their registered payment method within a commercially reasonable timeframe.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting eelj's support team. Account closure does not affect any accrued rights or liabilities existing at the time of closure.

§ 10Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the eelj Casino platform. Violation of any item below constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

1. Registering more than one account or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account restriction
2. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to interact with the platform in a non-human manner
3. Exploiting software errors, bugs, or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage
4. Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes or sports betting results
5. Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime
6. Misrepresenting your identity, age, location, or any other material information
7. Charging back or reversing any payment made to eelj Casino without prior written authorisation
8. Threatening, harassing, or abusing eelj's staff or other platform users
9. Attempting to access, modify, or interfere with eelj's systems, infrastructure, or data

§ 11Intellectual Property

All content on the eelj Casino platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, graphics, images, trademarks, logos, text, and the overall design and compilation of the platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of eelj Casino or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the eelj platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the eelj platform without the prior written consent of eelj Casino.

§ 12Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, eelj Casino shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Damages resulting from platform interruptions, server downtime, network failures, or technical errors beyond eelj's reasonable control
• Any losses sustained as a result of gambling activity conducted on the platform, including losses arising from game outcomes, sports bet settlements, or bonus wagering
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials

Where eelj's liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

§ 13Privacy & Data Protection

eelj Casino processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at eelj.cam/privacy-policy and which forms part of this Agreement by reference. By using the eelj platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

This data is processed for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, anti-money laundering obligations, fraud prevention, customer support, and platform improvement.

§ 14Amendments to These Terms

The "Effective Date" at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

§ 15Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of eelj Casino, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, it may be referred to the relevant regulatory authority in the Philippines. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines with respect to any unresolved dispute.
